New to ALTA have redshift that will not charge

Depseratley need help purchased the bike and it will not charge gives an error message. Bike is 1/4 charged and works fine, I just cant get it to charge.

Where do I get the scan tool for this bike?

There is no "Scan tool" for the Alta you can just buy - you need to download the software and either buy from here or make your own data lead to be able to connect to the bike.

Again, there is plenty of info on here for both.
