General Help problem posting pictures in private messages

Im have conversation with a member and I want to post some pictures in the message -
I tried the photo in message tool bar and just dragging photo into message etc - cant get it to work -
these are pictures that are on my computer -

I dont get the Attach files box at bottom of page that I see on other pages -

what am I doing wrong --Thanks

that is what I tried - do photos have to be hosted on a site like photobucket ???

other forums I just drag and drop photo in post - thanks

I usually just copy the picture, then paste it into the text. Don’t usually attach it.
