*Apologies, realized now I'm in the "Alta" forum... I just saw "builds"*

Happy new owner of a Sur Ron Ultra Bee. Used to ride two strokes in the technical Hawaii trails. Sold dirt bikes when I got a boat (too much to take care of), tried the light bee with 18/21 setup, gave up on that idea due to cost of real power upgrades so I just used it to cruise around town in. New girlfriend rides too and I figured I'd sell my light bee and try to get back into dirt riding again with the ultra. First few rides and it's already the perfect bike for what I'll be using it for. Tight technical trails = lower speeds = good range. Tight technical trails = lighter weight is better. Too many hobbies = electric is less work/ maintenance.

Anyway, I'll post in here to track my upgrades to the bike.

Modifications installed:
-KKE 18/21 gold wheels
-Tubliss front and rear
-MX33 90-100/18 and Mitas C-11 lite 80-100/21
-Warp9 54T aluminum rotor
-Pro Taper gold standard rolling chain (less resistance)
-MXPartShop rear rotor guard
-MXPartShop adjustable kickstand
-MXPartShop folding brake levers

Upcoming/ enroute modifications:
-Pro Taper woods bend high bars
-KKE foot pegs
-Tire change to 110-100/18 IRC VE33s Gekkotta rear
-All new plastics with custom graphics
-Possible fork upgrade (KTM 85?)
-Better bash plate
-DIY brake/ tail light install

Day 1, picking up the bike. Rest of the pictures are essentially day 2. I did not want to get used to the power on the stock wheels to disappoint myself on the 18/21 setup.

Try these bar risers:
Supposed to be "blems," but I couldn't find anything wrong with them.
$70 for black, add a $5 keychain for free shipping.
