SM to EX wheel swap what else to do?

I just picked up a 2017 SM. I also got an Alta EX wheel set. Currently has the SM wheels. Any setup suggestions for swapping back and forth other than checking/resetting the suspension settings and sag? Im going to keep the SM front brake as I only have 3 fingers on the right hand so I cant brake hard anyway.
