Replacement green LED in display

Anyone replace led(s) in the display? Looking for a led replacement part or some guidance. I can desolder and put in a new surface mount led ... there is a gap in the green I want to fill.

I have an inop display I can send you. Most of the LEDs are fine. My bike was run over in a race, the display stopped working but the bike still ran. I think the display was damaged, but there are no cracks.
