Humidity Code 37

My Alta is showing Code 37, service needed. I found out here that there is humidity in the battery. Do I need to take off the bottom and top battery cover to dry it out? Can I just use air? I bought the sealant tape, but is there an easier way? Should I remove the battery? Do I need to do anything with the computer to reset it? Anyone who has had this issue, any information would be really helpful. Thank you.

There was apparently an issue that triggered a false positive for this code, I wouldn’t be itching to tear it apart just yet. Any of our Alta crew able to comment?

Dont pull the pack. If you have MT see if the code can be cleared. If the pack was ever opened then possibly it was not re-sealed. VIN number?

Just for everyone's knowledge, code 37 is triggered when the humidity sensor reads >70% for over 60 continuous seconds.
