I’m curious what qced is also.

Well, QCed = Quality Checked. Before the bike (well any vehicle in general) leaves it gets inspected. What I used to do was:

Check for all torque marks/paint pens
Check FW revisions (since updates did happen)
Check all zipties were cut cleanly and secured
All electrical connections were secured (Low Voltage and High Voltage)
Tire date codes were up to date and pressures were good
MXRs had to get there AER forks pumped (Effing pain)
Chain links were confirmed
Road bikes (SM and EX models) got there turn signals, brake lights and horn and highbeam/lowbeam checked
No weeping from banjos/Master Cylinder (brakes)
Suspension was not stuck or damaged in process
Wipe down of plastic in case of any debris/damage
Plastic wrap secured on plastics
Seat bolt tightened
Grips secured

Once done they were green tagged and ready for staging.

I’m always curious.
I rode with dudes on 003 and 004. I understand they got sacrificed to research.
Eric had 005, I think that is lost in Europe. I think Marc had 010 until it got stolen.
I have 019. I wonder about the other bikes. Derek is hoarding them perhaps.

I have the james bond bike 007, but i can't get it running:muutt:

A bike that never existed will be tough to start.

FYI just because the JSON message got sniffed in MT, that technically isnt the most accurate number. Lots of bikes were ENG, testing, validation, and other. Probably a +5 percent differential on that tally. Some bikes were never calculated in the MT JSON file because we launched that part later in the build. Also owners scared of firmware wouldnt update so that file wouldnt have the clearest number....
