Did anyone place a parts order with Alta, not get the parts they ordered AND did not get refunded?

When Alta "reopened" for a month or two and took orders to fulfill dealer and customer orders, how many owners placed an order for parts and never got the parts they ordered? AND, how many of those that DID NOT get the parts they ordered DID NOT get their money refunded?

I ordered $2k of parts and did not receive anything. Dealer refunded my $ last month.

No parts ever arrived so the dealer never charged my credit card. I'm not out any money, but I would have preferred to get the spare parts.
