I've been fantasizing about an EV West Baja Bug conversion lately. Expensive and completely impractical, but so much fun. Hadn't considered that I could haul the Alta with one.

Ok, only moderately related, but I found this when I was looking up the pics above. Did you know you can buy a kit to turn your newer VW Beetle into a ute? I think it is kinda cool!
