Thanks to Matt at Powersports in Sublimity for returning my call so quickly this morning regarding this latest Stark snafu. Apparently Swank171 got a similar communique from Stark.....although his bike is already on its way....WTF? Anyway, Matt didn't know anything about this latest crap, so...

Holy F--kin' Sh-t....I sent my dough to the dealer in Sublimity Oregon. Same outfit Swank 171 transfered his order to. Still won't have a bike for 8-12 weeks they say.....Before sending my dough I asked Stark to transfer my order to same dealer.....(as per the dealers instructions), then next...

Customer service at Stark spends too much time playing with stupid axes and not enough LEARNING how to do their jobs. So frustrating!

My comment on Stark's Instagram feed regarding the axe was a simple "stupid!". They responded with "but awesome!" Apparently they agree its stupid!

My order just got bumped to April too...nearly the same story as Swank 171 except I ordered about 3 weeks later in early Jan. 2022 Last night I just happened to see a clip of Elon Musk admitting that "bait and switch" was how things happened with early Tesla deliveries....and look where he is...

Thus far, I've written to Stark a few times, responses have ranged from no reply at all to very timely, polite, slightly apologetic replies regarding the kerfuffle around deliveries. Indeed they say I must take delivery through a dealer due to US regulations (I can choose which...gee thanks)...

orig order 1-7-22 orig delivery date Feb 26, 2023 revised to Nov. 23 recently revised to Feb. 2024 All emails have gone unanswered

Body work is going to a new home (soon as I can find a proper box that is)....I know someone needs this other stuff...c'mon down!
