Front suspension converting from 4CS To 48AER

Thanks, I have had spacers made for the conversion, and they have been alodined a gold color. They work with the stock triples, I tried a set of KTM triples and they wouldn't clear the upper frame tube. If you are interested in the spacers I listed them in a post earlier. I have 6 or 7 sets...

Front suspension converting from 4CS To 48AER

I have a 2017 & a 2018 MX with the junk 4cs front forks 😩. I just picked up two sets of 48AER FORKS. Does anyone know if the only difference is the front axles or are the bearings and races different as well? If it’s only the axles are they the same as the KTM axles?

    Tool for removing throttle tube

I’m trying to remove throttle tube on MX red shift. It appears that there’s a safety type screw driver or screw bit for the two screws that hold on the assembly. Does anybody know where that’s available or what it’s called? Thank you very much Neal Nelson

    Converting charger to 230v

👍 That’s kind of what I was hoping. That way you can use it with 110 and 240 just remove the adapter. Do you know if the charge time is reduced? Cheers

    Converting charger to 230v

Yes it is the charger pack not in the bike. I saw that it works with both 110 & 240. 110 uses a hot , neutral and a ground. 240 is two hots and a ground . Not sure if phasing comes into play here with this charger. The 110 & 240 plug ends are different. Is there any internal switching changes...

    Converting charger to 230v

I would like to convert my charger from 110 to 240v . It looks to be as simple as changing input whip to reflect two hits A&B phase and leaving the ground? Does anyone know if that is correct and much it reduces charge time? Thanks Neal
