Great to see so many more conversions happening. Here's the YZ we did after the FC250 Hawk40 build. Roller is a 2017 YZ250f - stock, no frame mods. Conversion parts: DHX Hawk40 Sevcon Gen4 Size 6 Voltron 28s6p pack with EV Power BMS Domino throttle

Cells are LiPo pouch, have not seen temps over 86 F yet. Should be about 60MPH, setup to ride a small backyard track - so low end response was more important to me. Looking at pushing the motor a little faster soon though.

Controller is a Sevcon Gen4 size 6, doesn't seem to need cooling at this power level.

That's mine, as close to the real thing I could get without building a frame from scratch. Really wanted an Alta but the exchange rate and shipping cost to Australia made it too hard.
