There appears to be an extra (-) in the url above. If you remove the (-) between "canusb" and "shop" you get this link CANUSB (USB to CAN converter) which seems to be correct.

Thanks for the reply. I don’t have anything besides bike and charger. I thought all I might need is the connecting wire and a laptop. So I guess I need to do more research as to what I actually need. Thanks for the reply.

I’m not even sure if I’m asking for the right part. But is there anywhere to get the wire that connects to the altar MXR update firmware? I have a new to me 2018 MXR and I need to update the firmware to use rapid charger. (Error 103) Is it possible to still get the connecting wire, or does...
