Nice work - seems to demonstrate that OEM’s could build Ebola by tweaking existing designs - the battery seems to slide is the frame real nice.

How does it perform

Can you let us know the motor, controller etc that you used

Great stuff and please send a few more pictures

This is awesome, thanks for sharing! Looking forward to the progress. I missed a couple opportunities at used Altas and am now currently looking at options to convert my 2013 kx250f to electric. I wish their was a kit available for 250-450 size motocross bikes.

That looks like a nice set-up. I was wondering if the RM frames would have enough room for the Battery packs.
What cells are you using? 18650's or flat pouch?

we finished the bike!
final weight is 255lbs but the center of gravity is very low so it feels almost like a 125 when moving it around.
since winter is here all the tracks are closed so we only tested it on the street. here is a video of me pulling a start.

Sur Insta je vois que tu est Francophone? What is your feeling compare to a 250cc or a 450cc? more power & more torque?

What controller are you using? Did you incorporate a contactor? Appears to be using an ANT BMS, which are pretty good. What exact cells did you use? 255 is a good weight assuming the cells are packaged to handle the loads of motocross and can get the heat out. It definitely moves, but typically that not the issue, it's tuning all that torque so that it's controllable. Good job.

bac8000 controller no contactor needed with this controller. Im using molicel p26. The pack should be alright. Itp push the 450 amp no problem under acceleration. And yes it needs tuning to make in controllable.
