Hey Don,

Do you mean that you're seeing two different codes? Code 35 and or code 36?

What do you have for a bike? Year, model, vin, etc?

Mine also has a 35 and 36 code but after a recharge, I can erase them (I have a factory laptop). The bike runs fine with no other issues but I don't know if the breaks are serious at this time as charge rate appears to be fine.

What year and model do you have?

Has it been updated to the latest FW?

Latest firmware and the last edition of the MXR. I was blessed to also receive the factory laptop so I can explore and remove the codes
once the battery is recharged.

@Edabdo , if your laptop is right from a dealer than you likely will have the dealer version of Multi Tool. The dealer version is fairly limited in it's functionality and you would not be able to view the battery tab like Rashid510 is referring to. If that is the case then I would recommend that you install the version that is linked on the forum for full functionality. The only way to determine the severity of your imbalance is to see that battery graph/tab. In most cases of a code 36 you will be able to clear the code once charged, so that does not really indicate anything useful.

Yes, I can clear both 35 and 36. I will look into uploading the version you mention and check it out. Still pretty new to me but willing to take my time to better understand it.
Thanks!
