Sorry, got lost in all the techno gobly gook.

Good information since there has been a few R packs with dead BCU’s now, being able to replace the faulty component sure would be better than a $500 BCU. Obviously this isn’t something most people have the skill set for though.

@Philip , maybe we should either move this entire discussion to a repair sub forum, or cut out this BCU discussion and create a “R pack BCU repair” thread in battery repair. Definitely don’t want to loose track of this one.

Done. I am not sure yet whether this thread will be about the A-pack or the R-pack repair, or both, so I am not splitting it up yet.
