Almost certainly, in fact, that bike was exactly one (1) bike in front of mine on the line (which was a code 36 bike).
Lets not rehash the whole code 36 discussion here again. If anyone wants to read up on it, please use the search button first. Any questions you can not find a clear answer to, feel free to post in those threads and we will do our best to address them. Thank you.
What are the chances of my bike getting those problems?

If it has the latest firmware and has been charged/discharged a few times it’s extremely unlikely.
How do I know if it has the latest firmware and does code 36 have any affects on your bike?

A Code 36 does not affect the usage of the bike. It was designed to notify the dealer/customer. Latest FW can be seen with Multitool.
